The Community Is Taking Shape
Construction and civil work are progressing rapidly, with the first residents set to move in soon. The entry statement and landscaping will soon transform the site into a welcoming streetscape. Watch drone footage of the progress here.
Civil Works Progress Update
Since January, civil works have been in full swing. Major infrastructure is now in place, and sewer line connections are expected in the coming weeks. Internal roadworks are nearly complete, with footpaths being added soon. Landscaping and entryway improvements will follow.
Construction Milestones
Trades are back on-site, and homes are taking shape. The first cottages are set for completion by May, with larger display homes ready by the end of April. New homeowners will begin settling in from May.
Sales Office & Display Homes Opening Soon
The sales office is relocating to one of the newly completed cottages. Two display homes, Shamrock and Victoria, will soon be available for public viewing. Inspections will begin in July, with private appointments available.
What’s On in Bendigo – Frida Kahlo Exhibition
The Bendigo Art Gallery is hosting the exclusive “Frida Kahlo: In Her Own Image” exhibition from now until July 13, 2025. The exhibition features Kahlo’s personal items from Museo Frida Kahlo in Mexico, with themed events happening throughout the city. Get more info and tickets here.
