Civil Works Nearing Completion – Infrastructure Taking Shape
Civil works at the Bendigo site have been progressing at full speed since January, with critical infrastructure now in place to support the growing community. While much of the progress has happened below ground, key developments include:
- Sewer connections expected within the next 2–3 weeks, once off-site laser boring is completed.
- Main switchboard delivery this week, with full power operational by mid-April.
- Internal roadworks stretching from Golf Course Rd to Waverly Rd are nearly complete, with only footpaths remaining.
- A new road parallel to Waverly Rd is set to begin soon, forming one of the last streets in Stage 1.
- Frontage alignment works on Golf Course Rd will start at the end of the month, helping define the estate’s formal entry statement.
The Community is Coming to Life
As civil works and home construction progress, the vision for Bendigo is truly taking shape. The first residents will soon be moving into their new homes, marking a major milestone for the development.
Once the entry statement and landscaping are complete, the front of the estate will transform from a construction site into a welcoming, tree-lined community, setting the tone for the vibrant neighborhood ahead.
