A Major Milestone – Residents Move In!
This month marks a truly exciting chapter for the Bendigo community – our first residents have officially moved in! With homes now being handed over, the vision for this vibrant lifestyle community is becoming a reality.
Stage 1A & 1B Complete – Stage 1C Underway
All civil works for Stages 1A and 1B are now fully complete, delivering 26 fully serviced sites. With roads, power, water, and sewerage all in place, these areas are now buzzing with activity as construction teams finalize homes and residents begin settling in.
Stage 1C civil works are now underway, with completion expected by Mid July 2025. This next stage includes a mix of spacious housing lots and villa sites, further expanding the variety and choice available for incoming residents.
Homes Rising Fast – Construction Accelerates
Our building partner, Todd Devine Homes, continues to deliver on schedule. As of June, their 6th home is set to be handed over by Early to Mid July, and a further 12 homes are now under construction.
With increasing momentum, Todd Devine Homes are gearing up to complete up to 3 homes per month through the rest of Stage 1C – rapidly transforming the site into a welcoming residential community.
Looking Ahead
With civil works completed in key areas and homes being completed at a steady pace, the Bendigo community is well on track. Over the coming months, expect to see even more progress as roads, homes, and landscaping come together to form a connected and welcoming neighborhood.
