Bendigo is Taking Shape – First Homes Standing & Community Coming to Life!
This is the biggest transformation yet at the Bendigo development! Just two months ago, we saw the first concrete slabs and steel frameworks—now, entire homes are standing in Stage 1, with structural work well underway.
The site is a hive of activity as construction progresses at a rapid pace, bringing the community to life faster than expected. Key milestones this month include:
- First home exteriors completed – The first houses in Stage 1 now have their structural frames and exteriors taking shape, giving a clear picture of the neighborhood to come.
- Roofs and walls going up – Many homes have their outer structures fully visible, with interior work beginning soon.
- Clubhouse construction progressing – The community hub is coming together, ensuring future residents will have fantastic facilities ready when they move in.
- Move-in timeline looking promising – With this pace of development, first residents are expected to move in by mid 2025, marking a huge milestone for the project!
