We are pleased to report that civil works are in full swing after the Christmas break and DPJ our contractors are looking forward to a good stretch of fine weather to propel things along.
Especially after the record wet summer rain which dumped 92 mm in a day recently!
The drainage and sewer infrastructure are being installed with roads and curbs to follow.
We invite you to drive by the site and witness the changing landscape from a vacant block to an emerging streetscape over the next few weeks.
Our home builders are itching to get on-site, and it won’t be long until the first houses begin to take shape.
