Bendigo Civil works Update
We are pleased to report that civil works are in full swing after the Christmas break and DPJ our contractors are looking forward to a good stretch of fine weather to propel things along.
Especially after the record wet summer rain which dumped 92 mm in a day recently!
The drainage and sewer infrastructure are being installed with roads and curbs to follow.
We invite you to drive by the site and witness the changing landscape from a vacant block to an emerging streetscape over the next few weeks.
Our home builders are itching to get on-site, and it won’t be long until the first houses begin to take shape.

We are very excited with the prospect of our Lilydale Community proposal going before Council in late March.
It’s been a long journey gaining all necessary approvals from relevant authorities and we look forward to a positive outcome in March.
This exclusive community will be very special as it will provide resort style living for over 50’s in a location that has had virtually no new fit for purpose homes approved in the past decade.
We will update everyone with progress and will be communicating how to secure a home in Lilydale shortly.
